应用计算机及网络对机电设备实施集中监控和对现场数据进行及时处理是机电一体化技术的发展方向之一.本文针对此问题提出一种用于机电设备控制系统与微机之间的通用接口,它作为控制系统与微机间的桥梁,有效地解决了硬件电平匹配、多路通道、通讯协议中数据格式转换等问题.实际应用表明,此接口性能可靠、功能灵活、使用简便,具有广泛的应用价值.
Application of computer and network to implement centralized monitoring of mechanical and electrical equipment and timely processing of on-site data is one of the development directions of mechatronics.In this paper, a universal interface between electromechanical equipment control system and microcomputer is proposed in this paper, As a bridge between the control system and the microcomputer, it effectively solves the problems of hardware level matching, multi-channel, data format conversion in the communication protocol, etc. The practical application shows that the interface has the advantages of reliable performance, flexible functions, easy use and wide application value.
