高职院校学生职业素养培养是高职院校通过有效教育手段为高职生以思想素养、心理素养、专业素养、行为素养、社交素养的培养,对学生未来发展至关重要。本文就高职院校学生职业素养培养体系加以探讨,其目的是希望对促进我国高职院校学生职业素养培养体系的构建提供一些有益借鉴。
The cultivation of vocational qualifications of students in higher vocational colleges is the cultivation of ideological, psychological, professional, behavioral and social literacy by vocational schools through effective means of education, which are of vital importance to the future development of students. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the system of cultivating students ’professional qualifications in higher vocational colleges. The purpose of this article is to provide some helpful references for promoting the construction of students’ vocational literacy training system in our higher vocational colleges.
