成本管理是企业工作的重要基础,是创造财富的重要保障。随着社会市场竞争的加剧,成本管理体现出更重要的作用。企业要想在经济大潮中得以生存,能够健康发展,就必须加强成本控制,提高企业的竞争力。促进企业经济效益和管理控制成本是企业成本发展的重要组成部分。本文分析了钢铁企业的经济发展,检讨成本管理理论,不断对实践方法进行改革,以期我国相同钢铁企业在成本管理上有所借鉴。
Cost management is an important foundation for the work of an enterprise and an important guarantee for creating wealth. With the intensification of competition in the social market, cost management reflects a more important role. If enterprises want to survive in the economic tide and develop healthily, they must strengthen cost control and enhance their competitiveness.
