前不久,中央召开工作会议,中心议题就是研究如何进一步搞好国营大、中型企业问题。国营大、中型企业在社会主义经济建设中处于“龙头”和“定向”地位。我区国营大、中型工业企业328户,占全区企业总数的3.01％,而产值占50.66％,税利占69.51％。可见,大、中型企业是我区国民经济的支柱,是财政收入的主要来源。也是发展我区经济的主要物质基础。因此,进一步搞好大、中型企业,使企业活力不断增强和效益不断提高,才能显示
