(1) 前言 X射线萤光分析仪,国外早已成批生产。近几年来,我国许多单位开始研制这种仪器。氟化锂晶体的平晶和弯晶是该仪器的主要分光元件之一,可以说是该仪器的“心脏”。用它可进行钛到重元素以及稀土元素(或19K~92 U)的定性和定量分析。X射线萤光仪常用的氟化锂分光元件是平晶(图1)和弯晶两种形式。平晶的制造比较简单,但是,反射的X射线不能聚焦,不能被探测器全部接收,能量损失较大。弯晶的制造工艺虽然比较复杂,但却克服了这一
