1.古有“有汗不得用麻黄”一说,应做何理解?根据什么? 答:古有“有汗不得用麻黄”之说,系指麻黄汤。由麻黄、桂枝、杏仁、甘草组成之麻黄汤为发汗解表之峻剂,只能用于无汗发热恶寒之表实证,而不可用于有汗发热恶寒之风寒表虚证。但是,麻黄经过适当配伍之后,亦可用于有汗之证。如麻杏石甘汤和越婢汤二方之主证皆有汗出。分析此种汗出不是表虚自汗,乃因热邪所迫。故二方皆配用石膏,即能清解邪热;又能减弱麻黄之发汗力。这
