作者在圆叶柴胡(Bupleuyrum rotundif-oliumL)成分研究中,主要通过液滴逆流层析(DCC)和双波长薄层扫描仪进行分离定量,然后进一步鉴定。用此法从圆叶柴胡中得到了三种黄酮甙:卢丁(rutin)、异槲皮素(iso-guercitrin)和卡替辛(caeticin 异鼠李醚—3—氧—葡萄糖),以及合欢酸(Ichinocystica-cid)、齐墩果酸(Oleanolieacid)等。1.圆叶柴胡的提取:分别取其叶、茎、根(970g、670g、260g)用甲醇提取,加水,用Buoh 分配,浓缩。将提取物溶于少量甲醇,倾入乙醚中,生成沉淀
In Bupleuyrum rotundif-olium L composition studies, the authors isolated and quantified them mainly by DCC and dual-wavelength thin-layer scanners.
