In an interview with Costas Lapavitsas, the famous British left-wing economist entitled “Credit Slippage,” published in the 2007 issue of the British Socialist International Socialism Winter Edition, the current World Economic Times The underlying causes of the loan crisis. Considering that today’s truly large core enterprises, which rely less and less on lending to banks, are increasingly being financed by their own profits. As a result, financial institutions have been forced to find other sources of profit in the past two to three decades by actively engaging in the expansion of consumer credit and home finance, which has led to the relatively independent and productive growth of finance and the growing availability of It is the fundamental reason for the subprime mortgage crisis that the inner power of the financial bubble is intensely created. Lappaviz also believes that neo-liberalism in all respects to promote laissez faire, but through the central bank system, a high degree of regulation and control of monetary policy. However, this regulation seems to be no longer effective. For example, Japan, the world’s second-largest capitalist country, took 15 years and did not get out of its predicament. The current subprime mortgage crisis is also a crisis of a nature that is more serious but much larger in scale. Only a profound adjustment of social relations can get rid of this capitalist crisis.
