阮××女40岁于1992年11月3日入院。8天前无明显诱因右眼红、痛、流泪,视力无改变,在当地医院诊为角膜炎。4天前给予庆大霉素8万(?)球结膜下注射每日一次共4次,症状逐日加重,视力下降,转来我院。既往右眼为近视,否认药物过敏史。查体全身未见异常。视力右眼手动,左眼1.2。右眼睑红肿、痉挛,颞上方球结膜混合充血,鼻侧及下半部球结膜水肿、苍白坏死。角膜鼻下方1/2基质水肿混浊,上皮剥脱,角结膜病区有纤维膜覆盖。前
