自1982年10月至1992年10月,我们应用美国PMMA 人工晶体行白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术共240例,对其中术后半年以上的228例进行随访,失访42例,实际随访到186例,现将其远期结果报告如下:资料和方法240例中男性180例,女性60例,年龄最小6岁,最大73岁。老年性白内障152例,外伤性白内障76例,并发性白内障7例,先天性白内障5例,植入后房型人工晶体184例,前房型人工晶体56例。一期植入235例,二期植入5例。
From October 1982 to October 1992, we applied the United States PMMA intraocular lens extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation, a total of 240 cases, of which more than six months after surgery, 228 cases were followed up, 42 cases were lost, the actual Follow-up to 186 cases, the long-term results are reported as follows: Materials and Methods 240 cases of male 180 cases, 60 females, the youngest 6 years old, maximum 73 years old. There were 152 cases of senile cataract, 76 cases of traumatic cataract, 7 cases of complicated cataract, 5 cases of congenital cataract, 184 cases of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and 56 cases of anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. 235 cases were implanted in one stage, and 5 cases were implanted in the second stage.
