随着我国高速公路的发展,改性沥青路面在我国已经得到了广泛的应用,但是就技术方面而言,还存在一些问题。改性沥青是一种由沥青、纤维稳定剂、矿粉及少量的细集料组成的沥青马蹄脂,填充间断级配的粗集料骨架间隙而形成的眼挤型密实结构混合料。改性沥青具有很好的耐高温、抗低温能力和较好的抗车辙能力,在国内高等级公路、城市干道和机场跑道等方面广泛应用。在分析改性沥青路面的特征的基础上,分析了施工工艺及控制程序。
With the development of our country’s expressway, modified asphalt pavement has been widely used in our country, but there are still some problems on the technical aspect. Modified bitumen is a kind of eye-crowded compaction structure mixture composed of bitumen, fiber stabilizer, mineral powder and a small amount of fine aggregates of asphalt mastic, filled intermittent grading coarse aggregates skeleton gap. Modified bitumen has good high temperature resistance, low temperature capability and better anti-rutting ability, widely used in domestic high-grade highways, urban roads and airport runways. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of modified asphalt pavement, the construction process and control program are analyzed.
