各旗、县、区人民政府,市直各有关部门、单位,中央、内蒙在包头企事业:为了保证完成一九八五年度废金属回收、上交和供应计划,加强废金属的回收管理工作,现就有关事项通知如下:一、废金属收购由市物资局金属回收公司和市供销社废旧物资回收公司两个单位负责经营。经营范围维持现状。即工矿企业、事业单位由物资局回收;农村由供销社回收;城乡居民中的废金属由两家共同收购。
