由中国有色金属工业总公司主持的“松土机-铲运机露天开采新工艺技术鉴定会”于1984年11月21日～23日在山西省孝义县召开。参加鉴定会的有矿山、设计、科研、高等院校的代表共49人。松土机-铲运机露天开采新工艺在山西铝厂孝义铝矿经过一年多的准备工作,试验于1984年8月9日开始,9月26日结束。试验进行了七十二个台班。这项试验是由山西铝厂和沈阳铝镁设计研究院负责,东北工学院、山东铝厂和郑州铝厂参加的。由于采用传统的穿孔爆破,电铲铲装,汽车运输工艺,开采表土、软岩(矿)及节理裂隙十分发
