目的 研究Ⅰ型纤溶酶原激活剂抑制剂 (PlasminogenActivatorInhibitor - 1,PAI - 1)在口腔颌面部肿瘤组织和患者血液中的表达 ,探讨其与各病理参数间的关系及在肿瘤侵袭和转移中的作用。方法 采用发色底物法及ELISA法分别测定PAI- 1在患者血液中以及在恶性肿瘤、良性肿瘤和正常组织中的活性与含量。结果 30例恶性肿瘤组织PAI - 1活性及含量水平高于良性肿瘤组织及相应瘤旁正常组织 ,伴有淋巴结转移的癌组织PAI- 1活性及含量高于无淋巴结转移的癌组织。恶性肿瘤患者术前血液中PAI - 1活性和含量明显高于术后血液中PAI- 1含量及活性。血液和肿瘤组织中的PAI- 1活性及含量呈显著正相关关系。结论 PAI- 1参与了口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的生物学行为 ,其活性及含量水平可作为肿瘤侵袭和转移的标志
Objective To study the expression of Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor - 1 (PAI - 1) in the blood of oral and maxillofacial tumor tissues and patients, and to explore the relationship between the expression of PAI - 1 and various pathological parameters and the tumor invasion and metastasis In the role. Methods The chromogenic substrate method and ELISA method were used to determine the activity and content of PAI-1 in the blood of patients and in malignant tumors, benign tumors and normal tissues respectively. Results The activity and content of PAI - 1 in 30 cases of malignant tumor tissues were higher than those in benign tumor tissues and corresponding normal tissues. The activity and content of PAI - 1 in cancerous tissues with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis. The preoperative PAI - 1 activity and the content of malignant tumor patients were significantly higher than those of the postoperative PAI - 1 content and activity. There was a significant positive correlation between PAI-1 activity and content in blood and tumor tissues. Conclusions PAI-1 is involved in the biological behavior of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor. Its activity and content can be used as a marker of tumor invasion and metastasis
