为了满足安全壳过滤排放系统的气溶胶过滤性能测试实验的要求,进行实验用气溶胶选取的方案研究。对安全壳内气溶胶实际特性进行计算评估,得出严重事故后安全壳内气溶胶的特性随时间的变化规律。综合考虑分析结果和国外的研究成果,确定实验用气溶胶为BaSO4、TiO2。实验用气溶胶的配送压力为0.1~0.65 MPa;主管道浓度为50~900 mg/m3,气溶胶质量中值直径为1μm,粒径分布的几何标准偏差为1~2。
In order to meet the requirements of the aerosol filtration performance test of the containment filtration and drainage system, the scheme of selecting experimental aerosol was studied. The actual properties of aerosols in containment were calculated and evaluated, and the variation of aerosols in containment after severe accidents with time was obtained. Considering the analysis results and foreign research results, aerosols for experiment were determined as BaSO4, TiO2. Experimental aerosol delivery pressure was 0.1 ~ 0.65 MPa; main pipeline concentration was 50 ~ 900 mg / m3, aerosol mass median diameter was 1μm, and the geometric standard deviation of particle size distribution was 1 ~ 2.
