健身气功是在祖国传统中医养生理论的指导下,通过特定的肢体运动,同时配合呼吸以及意念来调节人体身心健康的一种身心锻炼方法。随着几种普及功法的推广,越来越多的群众参与到养生气功的锻炼队伍中来,这都为我国群众体育的发展起到了很好的促进作用。但是,由于健身气功锻炼人群的人口基数大、分布范围广、人群特点复杂以及教练人员匮乏,这就使得国家推广的几种功法的动作规范、正确理论以及习练要领等很难落实到基层,也必然为健身气功的良性发展增添了难度。因此,本文就健身气功的习练原则以及要领作一论述,以便健身气功爱好者的交流探讨。
