在江苏省科委和科协的领导和组织下,经过两年多的调查分析,完成了“江苏省水资源合理开发利用和保护”课题研究.研究成果于1990年4月在南京通过了鉴定.江苏省委李云章副主任、科协潘恕副主席出席主持了鉴定会.由全国及江苏省有关知名专家包括有关单位负责人组成的评审委员会.经过认真审查讨论,一致认为:
