心肌保护的有关问题三年前已经初步综述,近年来一些作者强调心肌保护应从手术前开始,并贯穿于手术的全过程以及手术后期。随着对心肌超微结构、心肌生理、心肌缺血和低温的病理生理的深入研究,现在对心肌保护的本质有了进一步的了解。因而心肌保护的效果也有了明显的提高。近年来主要有以下几方面的进展:
