二十多年来,由于电子技术的飞速发展及宇航事业的进展,遥测仪在实际应用中发现优点很多,因而逐渐扩大了应用范围(如临床、基础医学、运动医学等)。遥测心电仪便是其中的一种,在临床上主要应用于危重病人监护、外科手术监护、心脏手术前后的监护、分娩监护及各种检查、诊断。下面仅就我们1000例次应用中的体会介绍如下: 一、遥测心电仪的种类:遥测心电仪的种类很多,按测定距离可分为几类: 1.远距离:用于宇航、航空医学、登山运动、救护车上向医院发送心电讯号等;2.中距离:半径200~1000米,用于运动医学及医院内中心监护室;3.短距离:半径30~200米,用于一般危重病人监护、冠心病监护、心电图室、心脏病房、手术室等近距离使用;4.极短距离:半径10米左右,用于心电图运动试验。
