杭州动物园位于杭州西湖之南,大慈山的白鹤峰下,园区占地20 hm2,是一座集野生动物保护、科研、科普、教育和游览于一体的山林式动物园。曾获“全国十佳动物园”称号和杭州市“示范文明单位”称号。也是全国野生动物保护科普教育基地、浙江省科普教育基地。笔者通过对该园畜牧人才现状进行分析,对今后畜牧人才队伍建设提出几点建议,从而使动物饲养管理、科学研究更加科学、规范、合理。1畜牧人才队伍分析1.1数量状况杭州动物园现有职工116人,从事畜牧方面的人员主要有野生动物科学研究和饲养管理2个大类,其中动物饲养类岗位(工勤类)有51人,占职工
Hangzhou Zoo is located in the south of Hangzhou West Lake, Daci Mountain Baihe Feng, the park covers an area of 20 hm2, is a collection of wildlife conservation, scientific research, popular science, education and tourism in one of the mountain forest zoo. Won the title of “Top Ten National Zoo” and “Model Civilization Unit” of Hangzhou City. It is also a popular science education base for wildlife conservation and a popular science education base in Zhejiang Province. Through analyzing the current situation of livestock husbandry in this park, the author makes some suggestions on the construction of livestock husbandry contingent in the future so as to make animal husbandry management and scientific research more scientific, standardized and reasonable. 1 Analysis of Livestock Talents 1.1 Quantity and Status Hangzhou Zoo has 116 staff and workers engaged in livestock husbandry.
