各证券监管办公室、办事处、特派员办事处,上海、深圳证券交易所,上海、深圳证券监管专员办事处,中国证券业协会;各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市外经贸厅(委、局):为稳妥、有序地推进外资参股证券公司和外资参股基金管理公司的设立工作,现将实施《外资参股证券公司设立规则》和《外资参股基金管理公司设立规则》的有关问题通知如下:
Securities Regulatory Offices, Offices, Special Representatives Offices, Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, Shanghai and Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Commission Offices and China Securities Association; Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Offices of All Provinces, Autonomous Regions, and Municipalities directly under the Central Government ): In order to promote the establishment of foreign-invested securities companies and foreign-invested fund management companies in a safe and orderly manner, the following issues regarding the implementation of the Rules for the Establishment of Foreign-invested Securities Companies and the Rules for the Establishment of Foreign-invested Fund Management Companies are hereby notified as follows:
