根据界沟煤矿10#煤层1011工作面底板的富水情况,结合物探和钻探资料,分析认为注浆改造改造是1011工作面底板改造较合理的方案。基于现场的实际资料,套管深度设计为16m,钻孔深度为煤层底板下56m,注浆终压为5.5MPa,扩散半径为30m,布置了8个钻场87个注浆孔和18个检查孔,运用孔口压盖式注浆法,以单液水泥浆为主直接对含水层进行大量注浆。注浆改造后,运用检查孔检查了注浆质量,检查结果为注浆孔的水量由注浆前每个注浆孔的水量>30m3/h到注浆后每个检查孔水量<2.5m3/h,表明浆液有效地填充了底板的断层和裂隙,达到了改造底板的效果。
