自动浇口是专门在震压式造型机上造型时用的,它的主要作用,可以简化造型的动作,加快造型的速度。根据我厂机械化铸造车间实际工作的情况,在震压式造型机上使用弹簧浇口造型,每工的产量只能在300~400箱,使用自动浇口造型时,由于造型动作简化,加上有条件按装脚踏吹风,每工产量即使在调换3~4块型板的情况下,也可提高到400~600箱。因此,我们认为自动浇口采用震压式造型机造型时是有一定作用的。
