歷年來給我們的教訓是在坑內外溫度接近平衡的時候,坑內通風情况特别不好,時常發生炮煙熏人的事故。事實的教訓告訴我們,在换風季節要特別加强通風工作。炮煙熏人的事故,根據過去的統計,絕大多数都發生在局部通風不良的地方——天井和獨頭掘進巷道。如果把局部通風搞好,就可以避免中毒事故發生,因此加强局部通風乃是防止炮煙中毒所不可缺少的工作之一。一般安裝了主扇的礦山容易產生這樣的思想:‘卽然有了可靠的主力扇風機了,就不會再熏倒人了。’但是事實上如果局部通風沒有搞好,一樣會熏倒人的。因此不論採用何種通風方法,加强局部通風是消滅瓦斯中毒的辦法之一。對於使用自然通風的礦山,有的人也可能想:‘我們的礦不是機械通風,在主要巷道內空氣流動的速度不大,單憑加强局部通風是不解决
