目的:了解手术患者的隐私保护需求,进一步探究手术患者隐私保护的对策。方法:以2015年6月~2016年6月温州医科大学附属第二医院手术治疗的300例患者为研究对象,自行设计问卷进行手术患者隐私保护的分析调查。结果:女性、年龄小于20岁、具有大学文化程度以上、未婚、具有宗教信仰的手术患者对隐私保护需求较高。在5个隐私保护项目中,隐私部位、病史病情保护分值比例最高,分别为37.9%、28.5%。结论:加强手术患者隐私保护是当前手术患者的强烈需求,院方管理层要通过建立健全各项管理制度、加强职业操守培训,加强法律法规教育,充分尊重患者的知情同意权措施,从而实现对患者的隐私保护。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the privacy protection needs of patients undergoing surgery and to explore further the countermeasures for the privacy protection of patients undergoing surgery. Methods: From June 2015 to June 2016, 300 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as research subjects. The questionnaires were designed to investigate the privacy protection of surgical patients. Results: Female, less than 20 years of age, have a higher degree of university education, unmarried, religious patients with high demand for privacy protection. Among the five privacy protection programs, the highest percentage of privacy protection and history of illness protection scores were 37.9% and 28.5% respectively. Conclusion: To strengthen the privacy protection of surgical patients is a strong demand for the current surgical patients. The hospital management should establish a sound management system, strengthen occupational ethics training, strengthen laws and regulations education, fully respect patients’ informed consent measures in order to achieve Patient privacy protection.
