医患沟通是整个普外科医疗过程中的一个重要环节,它对诊疗工作的完成、医患矛盾的处理都有着十分重要的作用。在普外科临床治疗中,大部分患者都要通过手术来治疗,医患之间的矛盾更多,因此加强医患之间的交流和沟通,做好患者的解释和教育工作是非常必要的。实践表明,在普外科的医患交流过程中,正确、灵活、有效的运用沟通技巧,会树立患者战胜疾病的信心及面对手术和创伤的勇气,在治疗过程医护人员将会获得患者最大限度的配合,将很多医疗纠纷扼杀在萌芽中,提高普外科的工作质量。
