本文是对中国绘画中“形”与“意”这一传统话题的探讨。针对当今在中西方文化艺术思潮的交汇中有关东方文化艺术的地位及价值出现的种种误导倾向,着重从传统入手,对中国绘画的“形”与“意”的实质性问题,进行比较富于实践性的思考与阐述。本文提出,中国绘画“情动于中而形于言”,“形”、“意”组合的美学法则是东方绘画独特的审美情结,本质上是以“意形合一”的交融为艺术活动的最终目的。
