1965年我县棉麦两熟获得了持续增产。全县夏收小麦34.6万多亩,平均单产373斤,并出现了一些平均单产500斤、600斤以上的公社;棉田27.2万亩,平均单产150斤(皮棉,下同),也出现了一些单产200斤以上的公社。我县棉麦两熟的丰收,是高举毛泽东思想伟大红旗,以阶级斗争为纲,开展三大革命运动的结果;是依靠人民公社集体经济力量,充分发挥机械作用,战胜自然灾害的结果;是坚持社会主义大农业的要求,大搞技术改革,实行科学种田的结果。
1965 cotton and wheat counties in our county continued to increase production. The county received 346,000 mu of wheat in summer, with an average yield of 373 kg and some communes with an average yield of 500 kg and 600 kg.
