肥胖是引起血糖、血脂、血压异常的主要危险因素,除导致糖尿病、冠心病、肿瘤外,还可直接引起心肌细胞内脂质沉积,引起心肌受损,最终导致心力衰竭。目前研究认为,心肌脂质沉积主要与肥胖患者心肌细胞的脂肪酸摄入增加、脂肪酸氧化受损及脂质合成增加等有关,但具体机制仍不很清楚,明确肥胖与心肌脂质沉积的机制将有助于预防和治疗肥胖相关的心力衰竭。现就肥胖与心肌脂质沉积的可能机制做一综述。
