近几年来,在党和国家劳动保护方针政策指引下,有各级领导和广大职工的重视和支持,我们面向生产,面向基层,面向职工,实行了“三结合”,在改善劳动条件方面,取得了一些成效。对管内196处有毒有害作业点中,有158处(占80.6％)安上了防护装置。并对42处改善的作业点进行了测定,其中有36处(占85.7％)达到了卫生标准,有6处(占14.3％)接近卫生标准。当前,除了迁建、改建的设备以及工作量较小又是流动作业而且不宜搞防护装置的工种以外,绝大部分作了安排,计划在今年内进行改善。
