目的明确水泥毒饵盒、三角形毒饵盒、单口梯形毒饵盒和单口长方形毒饵盒10、20、30、45和60d杀灭小家鼠和褐家鼠的效果。方法在临沂市选择3个自然村,于盒内放0.05%敌鼠钠整粒玉米、小麦及将两者按6∶4比例混合毒饵;用S-100格法考核效果。结果4种毒饵盒杀灭效果均随着时间的推移而升高,投放整粒玉米毒饵的水泥毒饵盒与三角形毒饵盒灭鼠至60 d对小家鼠效果分别为99.09%和93.16%,褐家鼠分别为98.67%和96.60%;投放整粒小麦毒饵的水泥毒饵盒与三角形毒饵盒灭鼠至60 d对小家鼠效果分别为95.83%和91.09%,褐家鼠分别为97.79%和97.71%。投放混合毒饵的单口梯形毒饵盒、单口长方形毒饵盒及三角形毒饵盒灭鼠至45 d对小家鼠效果分别为100.00%、95.60%和99.81%,褐家鼠分别为91.89%、95.85%和100.00%。结论4种毒饵盒对小家鼠、褐家鼠都有良好的杀灭作用,适合作为农村可持续控制鼠类种群数量的重要手段。
Objective To clarify the effects of 10, 20, 30, 45 and 60 days of cement bait box, triangular bait box, single-trapezoidal bait box and single-mouth rectangular bait box to kill Mus musculus and Rattus norvegicus. Methods Three natural villages were selected in Linyi City. 0.05% of the whole corn and wheat were mixed in the box and mixed with the poison bait at the ratio of 6: 4. The effect was evaluated by S-100 method. Results The killing effect of four kinds of bait boxes increased with the passage of time. The effects of the bait box and the triangular bait box rodent for 60 days on the mice were 99.09% and 93.16% The domestic mice were 98.67% and 96.60% respectively. The cement bait boxes and triangular bait boxes with whole wheat bait were both effective at 95.83% and 91.09% for mice for 60 d, 97.79% and 97.71% for brown rat respectively %. The single-trapezoidal bait box, single-slot rectangular bait box and triangular bait box administered mixed bait had rodent control effects of 100.00%, 95.60% and 99.81% respectively on rats for 45 days and 91.89%, 95.85% and 100.00% for brown rat respectively %. Conclusion The 4 bait boxes have a good killing effect on Mus musculus and Rattus norvegicus, which are suitable as an important means for the sustainable control of the number of rodents in rural areas.
