农村财务管理工作历来是广大农村干部及农民群众所为关注的热点问题。随着我国农村税费改革的深入和“三农”问题日益被国家高度重视,在农村集体经济快速发展之下,将农村财务管理中存在的各种问题进行分析,有利把农村财务管理规范化、制度化,为全面推进社会主义新农村建设,提高农民生活水平,促进农村精神文明建设,完善农村财务管理制度,加强农村财务管理格外重要。
