一、农村学校德育工作的现状近年来,我国的学校德育工作紧跟时代的步伐,进行了一系列改革,取得了显著的成效。但是在广大农村地区,由于思想认识不到位,对德育工作的各种资源投入较少,尤其是各种德育形式主义的表现,严重削弱了德育工作的效果。造成这种现象的主要因素有以下几方面:1.德育目标定位不准。当前农村学校德育目标设定不合理主要表现在:一是标准过高,没有考虑学生的年龄特征和接受水平,以及新时期国民思想觉悟、道德水平、文化素质等现实情况,制定的德育目标过高,致使学生丧失了实践的信心、兴趣和动机,甚至养成言不由衷说假话和说空话的习惯;二是顺从取向,即把是否“听话”“、顺从”作为衡量学生品行的价值尺度。这种价值取向忽视了学生的主体性,使学生成为德育的被动受体,导致他们选择能力的退化。

At present, unreasonable moral education goals in rural schools are mainly manifested in the following aspects: First, the standard is too high, without considering the age characteristics and acceptability of students, as well as the reality of national ideological consciousness, morality, and cultural quality in the new era; High, resulting in the loss of the students' confidence, interest and motivation in practice, and even cultivate the habit of saying fake words and nonsense; second, the obedient orientation, that is, whether to be “obedient” or “obedient” as a measure of student conduct The value of the scale. This value orientation ignores the students' subjectivity and makes students become passive recipients of moral education, leading to the degeneration of their ability to choose.
