近年来,我国地下水开发利用事业有了长足发展.据1990年统计资料,全国年开发利用地下水资源量达600多亿 m~3,占总利用水资源量的12%.全国井灌面积达1.7亿亩,占到全国灌溉面积的1/4多,主要集中在干旱缺水的北方地区.我国100多个大城市中,30%以上利用地下水,20%的城市地下水和地表水兼用。因此,开发利用地下水资源,对处于干旱半干旱的北方发展农田灌溉,保证农业稳产,以及促进工业生产发展和改善人民生活,都起着相当重要的作用。但是,长期以来我国地下水开发利用与管理中存在的一个突出问题是,信息不灵,情报交流渠道不畅,纵横向联系不够,国内外先进的技术和科学的管理方法得不到及时推广和应
In recent years, the development and utilization of groundwater in our country has witnessed rapid development.According to the statistics in 1990, the annual development and utilization of groundwater resources in the country amounted to more than 60 billion m 3, accounting for 12% of the total water resources used.
