我院自1990年1月～1993年10月共收治 Sluder综合征13例,现报告如下。临床资料本组男5例,女8例,年龄36～64岁,平均58.7岁。其中蝶窦炎7例,上颌窦炎2例,装假牙后1例,原因不明3例。表现右侧鼻根部疼痛9例,左例鼻根部痛4例。疼痛为发作性8例,持续性5例,烧灼痛7例,针刺样和电击样疼痛各3例。伴随症状有流泪11例,眼睑充血3例,鼻塞6例,疼痛向颈枕部放射4例,局部过敏2例,局部压痛3例。曾诊断为三叉神经痛9例。本组病人均给予2%利多卡因5ml 加地塞米松5mg 于太阳、四白、迎香、下关穴位注射封闭治疗,对有炎症者加用抗菌素。治愈8例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率84.6%。

The pain was episodic in 8 cases, persistent in 5 cases, burning in 7 cases, acupuncture-like and electric shock-like pain in 3 cases. Tears were accompanied by symptoms in 11 cases, eyelid congestion in 3 cases, nasal congestion in 6 cases, pain to the occipital radiation in 4 cases, local allergy in 2 cases, 3 cases of local tenderness. Have been diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia in 9 cases. Patients in this group were given 2% lidocaine 5ml plus dexamethasone 5mg in the sun, four white, Ying Xiang, Shimonoseki points injection closed treatment, the use of antibiotics plus inflammation. 8 cases were cured, 3 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 84.6%.
