目的分析平顶山市流感病毒型别特征,探讨流行规律,为防治提供依据。方法选择平顶山市哨点医院所采集的流感样病例鼻咽拭子,利用实时荧光定量PCR方法进行检测分析。结果 3个流感高峰周期共采集流感样患者咽拭子标本1 023份,检出阳性标本199份,总阳性率为19.45%,其中A(H1N1)亚型、A(H3)亚型和B型分别占阳性毒株的30.65%、22.61%和46.23%;2011年10月-2012年3月平顶山市流感病毒为A型(H3)及B型共存,2012年10月-2013年3月出现A(H1N1)型,并成为绝对优势毒株,2013年10月-2014年3月3种流感病毒同时存在,B型为优势毒株,并检测出1株A(H1N1)和B型混合毒株。结论平顶山市流感优势毒株在各个监测周期呈交替变化,应警惕基因频繁交替下变异株的出现。
Objective To analyze the type characteristics of influenza virus in Pingdingshan, discuss the epidemic rules and provide the basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The influenza-like nasopharyngeal swab collected from sentinel hospital in Pingdingshan was selected and detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results A total of 1 023 throat swabs were collected during the peak period of influenza infection. A total of 199 positive samples were obtained, with a total positive rate of 19.45%. Among them, A (H1N1), A (H3) and B Accounting for 30.65%, 22.61% and 46.23% respectively of the positive strains; October 2011-March 2012 influenza virus of Pingdingshan coexisted with type A (H3) and type B, and from October 2012 to March 2013, A (H1N1), and became the dominant strain. From October 2013 to March 2014, three kinds of influenza viruses co-existed, and type B was the predominant strain. A mixed strain of A (H1N1) and B . Conclusion The predominant strains of influenza in Pingdingshan showed alternating changes during each monitoring cycle, and the emergence of mutants with frequent alternation of genes should be vigilant.
