作者观察胎牛血清(FCS)及牛白蛋白等对犬恶丝虫幼虫的蜕皮、生长和存活的状况。犬恶丝虫幼虫由美-日医学科学合作计划(NIAID,NIH)提供的病犬经转种后,喂食埃及伊蚊微丝蚴后15天获得。培养剂有Ham’s营养剂,Hank’s盐平衡液(HBSS)及Leibovity’s.L-15 NCTC-135液等,同时加入一系列营养物如胰岛素、氨基酸,生长因子、维生素等,使用前分别加入抗生素。实验结果经统计分析。结果:1.培养剂中由于FCS含量不同,幼虫的生长及存活亦明显不同,加入牛白蛋
The authors observed the fetal bovine serum (FCS) and bovine albumin and other malnoviviridae larvae molting, growth and survival status. Drosophila larvae Larvae from sick dogs provided by the United States-Japan Medical Scientific Cooperation Program (NIAID, NIH) were transplanted and were obtained 15 days after feeding Aedes aegypti microfilariae. The culture medium includes Ham’s nutrient, Hank’s salt balance solution (HBSS) and Leibovity’s LS-15 NCTC-135 solution. Add a series of nutrients such as insulin, amino acids, growth factors, vitamins and so on. Add antibiotics before use. Experimental results by statistical analysis. The results showed that: 1. The growth and survival of larvae were also significantly different due to the different content of FCS in the culture medium.
