目的观察氢化可的松在粒细胞减少的应用。方法将40例骨髓抑制者,分为实验组和对照组,各20例,实验组静脉滴注氯化钠溶液250 ml+氢化可的松注射液200 mg,对照组皮下注射重组人粒细胞刺激因子75~150μg,两组6 h和24 h后复查血象。结果 6 h血象实验组比对照组起效快,P<0.05;24 h血象两组无差异性,P>0.05。结论静脉滴注氢化可的松可帮助判断粒细胞贮备功能。
Objective To observe the application of hydrocortisone in neutropenia. Methods 40 cases of myelosuppression were divided into experimental group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The experimental group received 250 ml sodium chloride solution and 200 mg hydrocortisone injection. The control group received subcutaneous injection of recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor 75 ~ 150μg, two groups of 6 h and 24 h after the review of blood. Results The blood samples of 6 h group developed faster than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no difference between the two groups in 24 h blood group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Intravenous hydrocortisone can help determine the function of granulocyte storage.
