目的探讨医用数控煮沸消毒器在器械除锈方面的应用。方法采用单纯除锈剂的常规除锈法与医用数控煮沸消毒器配合除锈剂的方法,分别对器械进行除锈处理,目测器械的光亮度,比较不同使用方法的除锈效果。结果实验组、常规Ⅰ组和常规Ⅱ组的除锈合格率分别为92.5%、62.5%和40.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。采用医用数控煮沸消毒器处理的实验组合格率最高。结论使用80℃恒温医用数控煮沸消毒器配合除锈剂使用可提高除锈效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the application of medical digital boiled sterilizer in derusting of instruments. Methods The conventional derusting method with pure digital derusting and the digital disinfection system with digital disinfector were used to remove the rust from the instrument. The brightness of the instrument was visually inspected to compare the derusting effects of different methods. Results The qualified rates of derusting in experimental group, conventional group Ⅰ and conventional Ⅱ group were 92.5%, 62.5% and 40.0%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.01). The experimental group treated with medical digital boiled sterilizer had the highest passing rate. Conclusion The use of 80 ℃ constant temperature digital boiled sterilizer with derusting agent can enhance the effectiveness of derusting, which is worthy of clinical application.
