目的 探讨 L AK细胞的诱导条件。方法 采用不同含量的 r- IL- 2 T和 PHA制备 L AK细胞 ,经台盼兰拒染实验计数法及 MTT比色法检验 L AK细胞数目及活性。结果 在 r- IL- 2 30 0 μ/ ml和 PHA10 μg/ ml时 ,制备的 L AK细胞数量多 ,杀伤活性较高。结论 结论 r- IL- 2和 PHA可诱导 L AK细胞增殖。
Objective To investigate the induction conditions of L AK cells. Methods L AK cells were prepared by different concentrations of r-IL-2 T and PHA. The number and activity of L AK cells were assayed by trypan blue exclusion assay and MTT assay. Results The number of L AK cells prepared at r-IL-2 30 0 μ / ml and PHA 10 μg / ml had high killing activity. Conclusion Conclusions r-IL-2 and PHA can induce L AK cell proliferation.
