针对攀钢4号高炉无料钟炉顶布料器在生产过程中所暴露出的缺陷和问题,通过采取一系列技术措施进行改进,降低了因故障而引起的休、减风时间,延长了使用周期。为高炉开发新技术和创造好指标奠定了基础。
In view of the defects and problems exposed in the production process of No-bell top distributor in No.4 blast furnace of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group, the series of technical measures were taken to improve and reduce the time of rest and wind-reduction caused by the fault and prolong the use of cycle. The blast furnace to develop new technologies and create good indicators laid the foundation.
