课堂组织形式的变化带动了学生学习方式的变革。但有的教师还是戴着镣铐跳舞或是虽解放了思想,但行为上还没有改变。误区一是教师利用小组合作学习搞形式、走过场,尤其以听课时更为严重,故意在领导和老师面前摆教学“造型”。误区二是盲目地传授知识,不能抓住重点进行有效的发散教学,或是流水一般一带而过,不重视学生的独特感受。误区三
