目的了解预防医学专业学生锌营养知识、态度及行为的现状,为开展有针对性的营养教育活动提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,对某医学院校预防医学专业学生进行锌营养知识、态度及行为的问卷调查。结果预防医学专业学生锌营养知识平均得分为(7.2±2.8)分,不同年级锌营养知识得分的差别有统计学意义(F=25.072,P<0.05)。营养态度较为积极,营养知识水平不同的学生在选择食物依据上的差别无统计学意义(χ2=2.216,P>0.05)。结论应采取有效措施对预防医学专业学生加强锌营养知识的宣传和饮食行为的正确引导。
Objective To understand the current status of zinc nutrition knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of preventive medical students and provide basis for targeted nutrition education activities. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on zinc nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior among preventive medical students in a medical college. Results The average score of zinc nutrition knowledge of preventive medicine students was (7.2±2.8) points, and there was a significant difference in the scores of zinc nutrition knowledge among different grades (F=25.072, P<0.05). Nutritional attitudes were relatively positive, and there was no significant difference in the choice of food basis for students with different levels of nutritional knowledge (χ2=2.216, P>0.05). Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to promote the propaganda of zinc nutrition knowledge and the correct guidance of dietary behaviors for preventive medical students.
