经济犯罪是一个世界性问题。德国国内打击经济犯罪的历史也是德国经济刑法发展的历史。文章从四个方面介绍了德国打击经济犯罪的现状,认为要形成一张打击经济犯罪的世界性网络,从而有效遏制经济犯罪。
Economic crime is a worldwide problem. The history of fighting against economic crimes in Germany is also the history of the development of German economic criminal law. The article introduces the current situation of Germany in cracking down economic crimes from four aspects and holds that it is necessary to form a worldwide network to combat economic crimes so as to effectively contain economic crimes.
