我处1986年从日本新泻铁工所进口了一台 NP800PT 型沥青砼拌合机.在使用中出现了一些故障,我们进行了部分改型与修复,至今使用效果较好,取得了一定的经济效益,现将改进修复方法简单介绍如下,供同行们参考:1 矿粉输送不利该机设计产量为48~64t/h.但由于该机矿粉贮存仓角度设计不合理使得矿粉输送不畅,经常需人工振捣,且每盘矿粉计量时间长达60~70s,造成每盘料都等矿粉,最高产量仅42.1t/h;在操纵室无法控制矿粉输送.我们对其进行改进修复.方法是:1.1 在不改变原矿粉输送机构传动比的前提下,将原矿粉计量输送电机由0.75kW 改换为1.5kW;1.2 将主动链轮直径由73mm 改为146mm;链轮齿数比由13:26改为25:26;1.3 在贮存矿粉仓壁上加装一只小型矿粉振动器,同时增设控制室电器线路,在控制
