为了探讨中药增骨丸对去卵巢所致骨质疏松大鼠血、尿及骨形态学的影响。将 32只 8月龄wistar大鼠 (♀ )随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性组和增骨丸组 ,每组 8只。正常组切除一小段肠系膜 ,其余 3组切除双侧卵巢。术后 1周开始给药 ,连续用药 3个月后取血 ,处死前 1天收集 2 4h腔腹尿液 ,剥取第 2腰椎置 10 %福尔马林液中固定。测定血Ca、P及ALP ,尿Ca、P及Ca/Cr,腰椎脱钙后切片 ,HE染色 ,光镜下观察骨小梁宽度及小梁间隙。结果显示 ,增骨丸组血ALP显著高于模型组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而尿Ca却低于模型组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;骨形态学增骨丸组骨小梁排列变得密集 ,小梁增宽 ,间隙变窄。表明增骨丸能改善去势骨质疏松大鼠的骨丢失 ,起到保护骨骼的作用。
To investigate the effects of Chinese Herbal Zeng Gu Pills on blood, urine, and bone morphology in ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis. Thirty-two 8 month old wistar rats (♀) were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive group, and Zenggu Pill group, with 8 rats in each group. In the normal group, a small mesentery was removed, and the other three groups were excised with bilateral ovaries. One week after the start of drug administration, blood was taken 3 months after continuous administration, and 24 hours before the death, urinary tract was collected for 24 hours. The second lumbar spine was removed and fixed in 10% formalin solution. Blood Ca, P and ALP, urinary Ca, P and Ca/Cr were measured. After lumbar decalcification, they were sliced and HE stained. The trabecular width and trabecular space were observed under light microscope. The results showed that the blood ALP in Zenggu Pill group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P < 0.01), while the urinary Ca was lower than that in the model group (P <0.05); Bone trabecular bone in the Zenggu Pill group The arrangement becomes dense, the trabeculae widens, and the gap narrows. It was shown that Zenggu Pill can improve bone loss in ovariectomized rats and protect bones.
