目的:探索一条利用介入方法能更有效地降低门脉高压的新途径。材料和方法:采取前瞻性研究方法,在10只大耳白兔通过门静脉注入白芨混悬液建立肝硬化并门脉高压动物模型,留置引流管并使之肝素化,3周后经引流管注入DDPH溶液,以检验其降低门脉压效果及对全身血压和心率的影响。同时在10只肝硬化并门脉高压大耳白兔通过耳缘静脉注入DDPH溶液,作为对照组与前者进行比较。结果:采取经门静脉注入DDPH溶液的方法能更迅速、安全和有效地降低门脉高压,与全身给药方法相比无副作用,且有部分逆转肝纤维化的作用。结论:DDPH能较好地发挥其阻滞剂和钙拮抗剂作用,降低门脉压效果理想。经门静脉注射DDPH溶液是一种崭新的、具有发展前途的治疗肝硬化并门脉高压的可靠方法.
Objective: To explore a new way to reduce portal hypertension more effectively by using interventional methods. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A prospective study was conducted in 10 white rabbits by injection of white sandalwood suspension into the portal vein to establish a cirrhotic and portal hypertensive animal model. The drainage tube was placed and heparinized. After 3 weeks, DDPH solution to test its effect of reducing portal pressure and systemic blood pressure and heart rate. At the same time, 10 rabbits with cirrhosis and portal hypertension were injected with DDPH solution through the ear marginal veins and compared with the former. Results: The portal vein injection of DDPH solution can be more rapid, safe and effective in reducing portal hypertension, compared with the systemic administration of no side effects, and partial reversal of liver fibrosis. Conclusion: DDPH can exert its function of blockers and calcium antagonists well and reduce the effect of portal pressure. Intravenous injection of DDPH solution is a new and promising method for the treatment of cirrhosis and portal hypertension.
