一、前言我厂主要生产125系列外圆磨床,近年来随着经济体制的改革,不仅促使用户对外圆磨床提出多品种的要求,而且希望提供优质价廉的产品和尽量缩短交货时间。如何加强产品在市场中的竞争能力,这就对设计和制造部门提出了一个值得研究的问题。为了适应市场的需要,我厂在外圆磨床设计方面对模块化设计方法的应用作了尝试,并取得了一定的经济效益。模块化设计(modular design)表明这种设计方法具有采用有互换性的一定功能和联接要素的单元进行组合而成机床的特征。这种设计方法自五十年代由欧美一些国家提出后发展很快,目前在国外机床行业中已普遍采用,如瑞士丘定(Tschudin)公司生产的HTG系列外圆磨床、瑞士乌马德(Voumard)公司生产的内圆磨床和美国布赖恩特(Bryant)公司生
I. Preface Our factory mainly produces 125 series cylindrical grinding machines. In recent years, with the reform of economic system, we not only urge users to put forward many kinds of requirements for cylindrical grinding machines, but also want to provide high quality and low price products and shorten the delivery time as much as possible. How to strengthen the competitiveness of products in the market, which put forward a design and manufacturing sector worthy of study. In order to meet the needs of the market, our factory in the cylindrical grinder design application of the modular design method made an attempt, and achieved some economic benefits.
