采用平面凝固法拉制Ni-Mo-Al-V四元系定向共晶时,发现了两种不同性质的条带组织——块带和白带。块带和白带严重降低合金的机械性能。用辉光放电发射光谱法对块带和白带进行了逐层成分分析,在分析的基础上探讨了生成的原因。
When plane-solidification was used to draw Ni-Mo-Al-V quaternary oriented eutectic, two different types of banding bands-banding and leucorrhea were found. Blocking and leucorrhea severely reduce the mechanical properties of the alloy. The glow discharge emission spectrometry was used to analyze the banding and leucorrhea layer by layer, and the reasons for its formation were discussed on the basis of the analysis.
