许多学者曾报道人和动物感染多种蠕虫后,机体可迅速产生反应素抗体。本文报道了日本血吸虫和华支睾吸虫感染家兔后反应素抗体的产生和功能,并描述了这种抗体的交叉反应性以及抗体对热的敏感性。材料和方法:体重2,000~3,000克的白兔8只,经口喂以华支睾吸虫后囊蚴约600或800个,另6只兔经皮肤感染日本血吸虫尾蚴800或1600条。以粪检和动物解剖观察感染结果。在不同的时间内从耳静脉取血液标本。抗原的制备,采用Strejan等(1967)的改进方法,把磨碎的成虫加生理盐水反复冻
Many scholars have reported that humans and animals infected with many kinds of worms, the body can quickly produce reactive antibodies. In this paper, we report the production and function of reactive antibodies in rabbits infected with Schistosoma japonicum and Clonorchis sinensis, and describe the cross-reactivity of this antibody and its sensitivity to heat. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Eight rabbits weighing 2,000-3,000 g were orally fed with about 600 or 800 metacercariae of Clonorchis sinensis, and the other 6 rabbits were infected with 800 or 1600 cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum through the skin. Infected by faecal and animal anatomy observation of the results. Blood samples were taken from the ear vein at different times. Antigen preparation was performed using the modified method of Strejan et al. (1967)
